Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must apply:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The subscription has not been used excessively (defined as more than 24 hours of streaming)
• The request is your first refund request on this account
• The reason for refund is not circumventing our terms of service

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Accounts found to be in violation of our terms of service
• Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate
• Technical issues caused by the customer's internet connection or device
• Change of mind after 7 days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number and the email address used to register
3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
4. We will process your request within 2 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank, but typically takes 3–7 business days.
