Introduction
Watching IPTV on iPhone and iPad is easy with the right app. Unlike Android, iOS requires apps from the App Store, so sideloading is not needed. This guide covers the best options available.
What You Need
- iPhone or iPad running iOS 13+
- Apple ID for App Store downloads
- Your StreamProTV credentials
Method 1 ā GSE Smart IPTV (Recommended)
GSE Smart IPTV is the most feature-rich free IPTV app on iOS. It supports both M3U and Xtream Codes.
Step 1: Download GSE Smart IPTV
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Search for GSE Smart IPTV
- Tap Get to download and install it
Step 2: Add Your Playlist
Option A ā Xtream Codes:
- Open GSE Smart IPTV
- Tap the ā” menu icon (top left)
- Select Xtream Codes API
- Tap the + icon
- Enter:
- Name: StreamProTV
- URL: your server URL
- Username and Password
- Tap Add ā channels load automatically
Option B ā M3U URL:
- In the menu, select Remote Playlists
- Tap + ā Add M3U URL
- Paste your M3U URL and tap Add
Step 3: Watch TV
- Tap any channel to start streaming
- Use the EPG button to see the programme guide
- Add favourites by long-pressing on a channel
Method 2 ā IPTV Smarters Lite
- Search for IPTV Smarters Lite in the App Store
- Install and open it
- Tap Add New User ā Xtream Codes API
- Enter your server URL, username, and password
- Tap Add User

Tip: For the best experience on iPad, use GSE Smart IPTV in landscape mode. It shows a sidebar channel list alongside the video player.
Note: iOS apps may ask for permission to access your local network ā tap Allow so the app can communicate properly.
Tip: If you are on a limited mobile data plan, set the stream quality to SD in the app settings to save data.
